Explanations of a Preschooler

Tavis and I enjoy hearing Ian's logic so much that I decided to share some of his reasoning with you all!

Ian's Thoughts on Drawing
Daddy: "Ian, why did you draw all over the walls?"
Ian: "Because I didn't have any paper!"

Ian's Thoughts on Love
Mommy: "Ian, do you love your Daddy?"
Ian: "No!"
Mommy: "Why not?"
Ian: "Because he doesn't sing me the right words to 'Smile'."

Ian's Thoughts on Love...The Next Day
Mommy: "Ian, do you love your Daddy?"
Ian: "Yes! I love him because he's silly!"

Ian's Thoughts on the Sunrise
Ian upon waking up in the morning: "Mommy, I made it light outside!"
Mommy: "I thought God made the sun come up..."
Ian: "Nope, I did it!"
Mommy: "How'd you do that?"
Ian: "I go to sleep, and when I wake up, it gets light out!"

Mommy: "Ian, do you like to eat?"
Ian: "No, not always... But sometimes I do!"
Mommy: "When?"
Ian: "On Tuesdays!"
